Canning Workshop 1

Join LICA and the Beaver River Fish & Game Ladies League for an evening of making preserves! Learn about different techniques for preserving your harvest. We will be making chokecherry jelly, salsa, and sweet corn relish!
After we finish canning, we will have a taste test. Participants will also have the opportunity to take home jars of the goodies they helped make!
