Canning Workshop 2

Our Canning Workshop had so much interest, that we decided to add a second date!
Join LICA and the Beaver River Fish & Game Ladies League for an evening of making preserves! Learn about different techniques for preserving your harvest. We will be making jelly, salsa, and sweet corn relish!
After we finish canning, we will have a taste test. Participants will also have the opportunity to take home jars of the goodies they helped make!
